Job Context:
∎ Coppertech Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain relations with corporate enterprises and retailers.
∎ Must gain technical knowledge to provide training and build capability to answer technical answers for clients.
∎ Attain sales and collection target individually and for the group.
∎ Ability to creating and executing strategy to develop new markets and build an efficient customer network.
∎ Present with monthly sales forecast and collection volume.
∎ Ability to create action plan accordingly
∎ Must take all responsibility for sales and contribution.
∎ Provide constant feedback and ideas to the marketing team for further development.
∎ Provide regular feedback to the sales manager to ensure proper sales growth & development.
∎ Prepare monthly collection report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory
∎ 5 years of working experience under corporate marketing department will get extra preference
∎ Ability to work under pressure. Must be a team player
∎ Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude towards work.
∎ Communication Skills - Verbal and Written. Both English & Bangla.
∎ Experience in Copper related industry is an added benefit.
