Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager / Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales and business development initiatives in the IT training sector.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of IT training courses—such as Adobe, Microsoft, Networking, and AI-related programs—and have substantial experience in corporate training solutions. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the IT training or education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for individual and corporate training programs.

  • Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients and training partners.

  • Promote and sell IT training courses, including Adobe, Microsoft, Networking, AI, and other advanced programs.

  • Conduct Team meetings, client meetings, and presentations to understand training needs and recommend tailored solutions. Need To Travel for business collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, training, operations) to align sales efforts with business objectives.

  • Maintain client databases, track leads, and prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and follow-up.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the IT training space.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. (MBA Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5-8years of experience in sales or business development within an IT training, education, or corporate learning environment.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and certification trends (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.) to effectively position offerings

  • Strong knowledge on IT training programs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with corporate training models and B2B sales strategies planning.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in IT training and corporate learning.
