Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager / Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales and business development initiatives in the IT training sector.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of IT training courses—such as Adobe, Microsoft, Networking, and AI-related programs—and have substantial experience in corporate training solutions. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the IT training or education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for individual and corporate training programs.
Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients and training partners.
Promote and sell IT training courses, including Adobe, Microsoft, Networking, AI, and other advanced programs.
Conduct Team meetings, client meetings, and presentations to understand training needs and recommend tailored solutions. Need To Travel for business collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, training, operations) to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Maintain client databases, track leads, and prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and follow-up.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the IT training space.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. (MBA Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5-8years of experience in sales or business development within an IT training, education, or corporate learning environment.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and certification trends (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.) to effectively position offerings
Strong knowledge on IT training programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with corporate training models and B2B sales strategies planning.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in IT training and corporate learning.
