Responsibilities & Context:
To visit different Institution like: Hotel, Restaurant, Pharmaceuticals, Corporate Office, Catering house non-government organization etc.
Communication, conversation with intended customers (Providing Sample offer letter etc.)Convincing customers for product sales & visibility.
Follow up on customers for order placement.
Maintain strong rapport with customers.
Negotiation & deal finalization with customers and ensure payment.
Promotional pitching to customers about brand value and providing positive message about company.
Helping with promotional activities such as: gifts, events, etc.
Maintain customer's database & analyze competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
