∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university. Major in Marketing or BSc in Mechanical Engineering will be given preference.

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act to achieve overall sales target of the company.
∎ Prepare annual marketing plan, strategy and sales budget.
∎ Collect data and information regarding competitors, their market share etc. for future market planning and developing policy.
∎ Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports.
∎ Maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers.
∎ Monitor and supervise sales team, distributors' sales and credit limits.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Develop and Managing Consumer Insight.
∎ Manage Brand Innovation and Brand Activation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well versed in MS-Office Suite
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Should be Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented
∎ Should have impressive personality
∎ Having Experience in Automobile Sales will be given highly preference
