Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Auditing
- Experience in audit/compliance services, testing, inspection, or certification industry is highly preferred
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of Social Compliance Standards (SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP, ISO standards, etc.)
- Understanding of textile/garment manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, and industry practices

Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Business Assurance services
Identify new business opportunities and develop new service lines
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Promote services such as Social Compliance Audits (SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP, etc.)
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure client satisfaction
Ensure proper coordination between clients and operations teams
Support key accounts exclusively
Monitor service quality and turnaround time (TAT)
