1. Good in business communication with MS office packages

2. Agility to maintain public relations with different corporate houses, trade channels and other industries

3. Team management and facilitating leadership development initiatives for team members

1. Developing and maintaining strong relationship with different industries

2. Analyzing market trends, competitor’s business strategy and formulating sales plan with forecasting annual sales turnover

3. Developing action plan, organize and take initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target

4. Managing team members and developing their competencies to achieve comprehensive business goals and motivating them to practice ethical standard in every step of life

5. Organizing events and training sessions to ensure utmost support and knowledge including product awareness among corporate customers, dealers and team members

6. Utilizing various types of promotional tools to boost up sales and marketing activities

7. Any other task assigned by the Management
