Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a result-oriented and tech-savvy professional to optimize our RTM systems. The position will ensure seamless sales operations, compliance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making to support long-term sales growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage RTM and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems to streamline sales operations.
Lead system improvements to align with sales and distribution strategies.
Provide technical and hardware troubleshooting support, ensuring uninterrupted performance.
Manage daily SFA operations, monitor system functionality, and provide user support to sales teams.
Coordinate with IT teams/vendors for repair, replacement, or upgrades of devices.
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks (Achievement, Compliance, Trend, Damage) for business insights.
Generate accurate sales, compliance, trend, and damage reports to support decision-making.
Conduct compliance checks and recommend corrective actions.
Share actionable insights from analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
