Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 or more years of experience in relevant fields
∎ Experience in Qualitative Research, Content Development & Media Documentation
∎ Strong writing and editing skills both in Bangla and English languages with clarity and authority; ability to distil complex information into clear messages
∎ Experiences in Business Reporting, Editing in Print or Online media would be treated as added qualification

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of a Asst. Manager, Research, Archive & Content Development:
∎ Evaluating, selecting, retrieving, and arranging documents/contents
∎ Making the archives accessible to a wide range of users
∎ Delivering research support including knowledge articles, study reports, SOPs, process documentation, etc. as and when required
∎ Collecting and archiving photoshoots and event images, videos and documents as well as process those to publish on different platforms
∎ Maintaining news clipping service (Hardcopies & Softcopies)
∎ Assisting in developing various research proposals
∎ Regular contact/coordination/maintenance of relations with local, national, and international networks
∎ Write, proofread, and edit good quality, creative, original content for offline as well as online media
∎ Managing the PR content of a potential crisis situations
∎ Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within media industry including business and trade publications, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
∎ Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Minimum 5 or more years of experience in relevant filed
∎ Experience in Qualitative Research, Content Development & Media Documentation will be considered as added advantages
