Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Biochemistry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting RM, PM testing, and report preparation.
∎ Ensure proper RM dispensing, and production process maintenance as per BMR.
∎ Testing Intermediate and bulk products, Semi-finished products, and Finished goods (FG).
∎ Generate quality-related documents - IPQC sheet, specification, and Test procedures.
∎ Perform IPQC during production to ensure standard process and standard quality product
∎ Monitor laboratory-related various activities - Reagents & stock solution preparation and standardization, Instru- ment calibration, etc.
∎ Retention sample collection and random checking.
∎ Co-ordinate establishing SOPs.
∎ Inform non-conformity matters to relevant departments - PD, QC & Production.
∎ Assist in reviewing and investigating external & internal complaints regarding product quality and other aspects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Analytical skills, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) & Safety norms.
∎ Experience Requirements: 4 to 6 years. Min 3 years' of experience working in QC/QA of Cosmetics and toiletries.
