Job Context:
We are looking for a proactive, detail oriented, and results driven individual for the position of Assistant Manager-Purchase Monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with company policies. The role involves close coordination with finance, production, and supply chain teams to optimize purchasing processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor all types of purchases to ensure strategic decisions and cost efficiency.
Communicate with suppliers for order updates, delivery follow-ups, and performance evaluation.
Verify purchase prices against approved or market rates and support cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of all purchase documents and track active orders systematically.
Prepare regular purchase monitoring reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
Ensure all purchase-related documents (PRs, POs, invoices, quotations) are properly recorded, filed, and updated in the tracking system.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure efficient purchasing and compliance with internal policies.
