∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Defining Scope, Activity Planning and Sequencing, Resource Planning, Developing Schedules of the new Agro type project;
∎ Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress, Team Leadership, Working with Vendors of the project;
∎ Designing and maintaining calendar for existing and upcoming projects;
∎ Evaluating technical feasibility of new investment projects;
∎ Assessing & tracking progress of ongoing Capex projects;
∎ Working closely with other functional departments to develop process and practices;
∎ Quantifying resource requirements, estimating tasks, developing integrated timelines/project plans, and working with outsourced partners as required;
∎ To generate ideas of business diversification for future requirement;
∎ To perform any other job as assigned by Superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
