• Good technical & constructions knowledge about the Blouse/ Trousers / Dresses / Rompers / Vest coats/Jackets & Suits products

• Strong technical knowledge of woven tops and bottoms.

• Experience to work with M & S , H & M, Benetton, C & A, Next & Zara buyer.

This position will be responsible for managing woven garment production lines. Ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Maintain alignment with production plans and buyer requirements. Lead day-to-day operations and drive process improvements.

• Meet efficiency and productivity targets.

• Maintain pace with production and planning schedules.

• Follow weekly and monthly production plans.

• Plan machine use and raw material allocation.

• Receive production and shipment plans from the Planning Manager.

• Collect daily efficiency targets from the IE team.

• Prepare daily sewing line plans.

• Achieve hourly production goals.

• Keep accurate production records.

• Monitor total production flow for maximum capacity use.

• Review and improve process flows.

• Manage daily factory operations.

• Use new tools and methods to boost output.

• Set monthly reporting requirements.

• Submit timely and accurate reports.

• Ensure buyer quality and technical standards are met.

• Develop quality control systems for production and sourcing.

• Maintain high product quality at all stages.

• Join pre-production meetings and share inputs.
