Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving daily production targets with buyer quality standards and also direct and coordinating sewing in accordance with the planned production schedule;
∎ Formulate work schedules for the production team and communicate expected deliverables to achieve the production targets and objectives;
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labor, and equipment to meet production targets and objectives;
∎ Review work orders to determine staffing requirements;
∎ Report on productivity, materials used and inventory;
∎ Identify development opportunities (skill development training, technical training requirements) for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the production staff for improving the overall production standards;
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity;
∎ Efficient in utilizing manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target;
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC;
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years' experience in related field;
∎ Demonstrated analytical, motivational, communication, project conceptualization and planning skills;
∎ Independent, positive, can-do attitude and result oriented;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
