- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assistant Manager Production will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring manufacturing operation.
Work in the Production Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per the direction of higher authority.
Prepare production reports and supervise machine maintenance and workplace cleanliness.
Monitor and guide workers and machine operators throughout the production process.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations on the production floor.
Minimize process breakdown time and ensure wastage remains within approved tolerance levels.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Other Benifits:
Probation period: 3 months.
Monthly gross salary around: Tk. 28,000 (depending on VIVA).
Two annual festival bonuses.
Each festival bonus will be 55% of the gross salary.
The weekly holiday will be on Friday.
Yearly salary will be reviewed based on performance, dedication, and behavior.
