∎ Graduate / Masters in any discipline from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for the production of corrugated carton (3/5/ ply)
∎ Assist to design, deploy and evaluate effective and efficient production planning as per buyer's requirement
∎ Ensure Pre-production meeting with the production team for every new order
∎ Ensure proper paper consumption and provide a proper paper consumption plan
∎ Keep updated records of raw materials such as paper, chemical, accessories, etc
∎ Ensure maximum productivity through proper utilization of machine, manpower, and materials
∎ Set targets for production as per requirement
∎ Overall order processing, production scheduling, and delivery planning of the carton just-in-time as per buyers' requirements
∎ Maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers, vendors, co-workers, etc
∎ Follow up the order sheet according to size and quantity before scheduling carton production
∎ Clear communication with management as well as coordination with the marketing team to maintain smooth orders as well as solutions to any issues
∎ Provide regular production reports to the management. (Weekly and Monthly)
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Team player, pro-active, independent, and result-oriented
∎ Must have knowledge about corrugated carton, auto-machine, etc.
∎ Ability to work effectively with seniors and all other levels in the factory
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
