Position Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and career-driven professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team in two roles:


1. Assistant Manager – Product (Sales & Marketing) [Male]
2. Executive – Sales & Marketing [Female]


The selected candidates will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

For Assistant Manager – Product (Sales & Marketing) [Male]

  1. Lead and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

  2. Develop and implement strategic territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, corporate clients, and channel partners.

  4. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and market segments, including client visits both inside and outside Dhaka.

  5. Manage and grow key corporate accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  6. Conduct promotional activities, product presentations, exhibitions, and provide product/technical training to partners and the sales team.

  7. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to recommend effective business strategies.

  8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.

  9. Maintain proper reporting through sales forecasts, performance reports, and ensure a strong commitment to complete all tasks assigned by Management

For Executive – Sales & Marketing [Female]

  1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling product inquiries, quotations, orders, and providing accurate information on products and services.

  2. Support the sales team through presentations, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

  3. Maintain and update CRM databases, prepare sales reports, and manage all necessary documentation.

  4. Assist in digital marketing initiatives by creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  5. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and payment collection.

  6. Manage E-commerce activities, including order handling, delivery follow-ups, and related customer service.

  7. Conduct client visits both inside and outside Dhaka to build strong relationships and explore business opportunities.

  8. Participate in marketing events such as product launches, trade fairs, and customer seminars.

  9. Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management with a positive mindset.

Position 1: Assistant Manager – Product (Sales & Marketing) [Male]

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  2. Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in IT and/or CCTV surveillance industry.

  3. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

  4. Strong expertise in B2B sales, key account management, and channel partner development.

  5. In-depth knowledge of the Bangladesh IT and Surveillance market, including pricing and channel dynamics.

  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.

  7. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and a strong command of English (written & spoken).

  8. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

  9. Willingness to travel as required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant discipline (Minimum 1 year’s proven experience in Sales & Marketing).

  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with excellent command of English (written & spoken).

  4. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media/digital marketing tools.

  5. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Quick learner, adaptable to new concepts, with the ability to understand technical product information.

  9. Willingness to travel as required.
