Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Documentation for the registration process and arrange route permit.
∎ Maintain and keep different requests made by the sales team eg: demonstration, Customer Visit, vehicle Delivery etc.
∎ Keep and track vehicle inventory. Making sure vehicles are properly maintained
∎ Give PDI request to After Sales depending on demand and keep track of it.
∎ Responsible for receiving the vehicle from Port in a good condition.
∎ Prepare vehicle ready for delivery with all necessary fabrication and deliver the customer and maintain all the receiving documents.
∎ Report daily activities to operations Head.
∎ Look after the Fuel status of all vehicles and fill fuel after getting approval from supervisor.
