• Experience: Minimum 03 Year or Above in the Relevant Field

Department: Technical Post Sales

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product and platform support for a customer. Single point of contact for all operational/technical issues.
• Responsible for product and platform support, would have to gain in-depth operational knowledge of products and diagnose/fix most of the issues and complaints with minimal support from the Product team.
• Process adherence and incident reports.
• Providing 99.9% uptime.
• Linux System administration and Working knowledge of Linux Servers.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Routers, Firewall, VPN & VLAN.
• Good understanding of telecom/GMS concepts and solutions/products in the telecom space.
• Good knowledge of Linux OS.
• Basic knowledge of ‘Networking’ with hands-on experience in IP routing, Switch configuration, and firewall configuration. CCNP & Fortinet (NSE) certification would be an added advantage.
• CCNA & CCNP, Fortinet NSE 1,2,3,4
• Must have the capability for solution design, implementation and proper sizing as per the client’s requirement.
• Must have experience working with Cisco, Fortinet, Ruckus, Juniper solutions and products.
• Must have communicated with various OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Ruckus & Fortinet, etc.

• Work at the office / Client's premises

Office Timing:

• 10:00 am to 07:00 pm

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
