Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have skills in Asterisk and knowledge in Soft Switch with E1 Gateway.Working in others IPTSP/ IGW/ ISP:
∎ Configuring & Troubleshooting Juniper based infrastructure in Core Network and Providing plan of network design and solutions as per customer’s requirements.
∎ Evaluate network performance and activities on layer 3 routing and Layer 2 switching.
∎ Advanced level clear concept and troubleshooting skills on BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Policy Based Routing, Segment Routing, QoS, Traffic Engineering, L2 VPN, L3 VPN, L2 Circuit.
∎ Design, deployment & troubleshoot while ensuring multi- vendor network with Juniper, Mikrotik, Edgecore, BDCOM, Cisco, Fortinate firewall, Juniper SRX and OLT devices.
∎ FTTX Network planning, configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Network equipment hardening, protection from attackers, regular patch update, device health check, monitoring, bandwidth usages & pattern monitor, deploying new NMS for more visibility.
∎ Mail Server, DNS server, Cacti, Nagios, Nfsen, WHM & Cpanel (Domain hosting) implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Handling critical issues with utmost priority within the shortest period and forecast expansion plans accordingly.

∎ Perform logical tasks with infrastructure team, upstream, NTTN, 3rd party, vendors to provide network and system solutions.
∎ Provide support 24/7 on any critical issue.
∎ All core network device and security device installation, configuration, and performance monitoring.
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
∎ Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
∎ Monitor DC-DR & Core Network performance statistics, troubleshoot problem areas Identify and remedy performance bottlenecks.
∎ Develop a new network as per the requirementsTroubleshoot all types of core network issues.
∎ Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain POPs.
∎ Direct development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
∎ Attending different technical meetings and trying to provide exact solutions as per client requirements.
∎ Communicate with the intra-team (Sales, Transmission, NW) regarding individual client and POP issues.
∎ Manage IIG and NTTN with our vendors.
∎ Prepare the report as per the requirements and submit it to management.
∎ Maintain different types of servers.
∎ Help the system team solve different types of problems.
∎ Planning for system development whenever needed.
