We`re looking for a suitable job incumbent who will be responsible for performing & coordinating Modern Trade & Online sales functions including sales strategy development, team management and monitor sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Modern Trade & Online sales strategy development, sales forecasting and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
∎ Preparing customer wise sales plan in Modern Trade & Online.
∎ Registration of products and promotions to each of the selling platform.
∎ Collecting POs from the clients and processing to deliver products in cooperation with internal teams (operation, finance & delivery).
∎ Verifying and track invoices to ensure on time payment collection.
∎ Searching for new opportunities and new client onboarding to grow sales.
∎ Managing a team of merchandisers overseeing their work, daily store visit rosters, data collection, store team liaising and stock level monitoring.
∎ Executing marketing activities & campaign in cooperation with Marketing Department to achieve sales and growth target of Modern Trade & Online.
∎ Liaising and managing relationship with Retailer/Customer stakeholders across all levels both at HQ and at store level.
∎ Data collection and analysis for management recommendation and decision (Offtake sales data, store level, stock level and competitor).
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management/ supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
∎ Willing to travel locally if required.
