∎ We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for merchant acquisition and business development of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit potential customers for merchant acquisition or partner acquisition on a regular basis to close a deal.
∎ Build up relationships with existing clients to expand business opportunities.
∎ Maintain liaison with different partners to offer competitive cost service to targeted customers.
∎ Prepare & conduct business communication documents (i.e. RFQ, quotation, agreement)
∎ Developing presentations, reports and proposals as part of sales tools to illustrate benefits from the use of product and service the company is offering.
∎ Attend presentations, meetings, discussions with potential clients in order to perform sales of the company products and services.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Monitor and observe market trends, potential and competitor activity and inform line managers.
∎ Gather knowledge on a company's e-commerce related products or services and keep up to date with any changes.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 33 years

∎ Strong analytical & interpersonal Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Advance Level MS Office & Google Sheets skills.

∎ Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to 'think outside the box
∎ Able to work outside working hours and remotely if required
∎ Have a passion for fintech and a good track record in selling high-tech products and solutions.
