We are 100% export-oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Merchandising & Marketing in Sweater Merchanding & Marketing of a Sweater Factory.

Job location will be Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur.

• To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
• To search and develop business with new buyers.
• Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
• Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
• Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
• Monitoring the status of approval/per-production/delivery/shipment.
• Proper execution of orders according to the planned `Time and Action Plan` on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
• Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
