Job Context:
∎ Looking for Assistant Manager, Merchandising for Woven Wears (Shirt, Blouse etc.)
∎ We are one of the mid-level 100% export oriented woven Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic and potential professional as a Asst. Manager of Merchandising (Woven Garments). The incumbent will be responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned segment of business account with absolute integrity and honesty
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
∎ To deal with the Senior Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Product development from Buyers sketch. Different fabrics & trims development.
∎ Communicating with Buyer for technical clarification, when required.
∎ Sample development with approved quality and maintain on time submission.
∎ Monitor and follow up daily production activities and help to resolve the issues.
∎ Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
∎ Follow up on time shipments. Make proper T&A calendar.

∎ To arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
∎ Have knowledge on large scale US, UK, European retailers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Must be able to do open- costing and sourcing independently.
