Job Context:
∎ We are looking a dynamic and self-driven professional for our Yarn Marketing department as Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to Implement assigned task process in accordance with SOP.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of correspondence/negotiate with parties and arrange timely deliveries by follow-up production.
∎ Proactive planning and organized production schedules considering delivery date by assessing of production capacity.
∎ Coordinate and work closely with other cross-functional sections/teams like knitting, dyeing, finishing etc for the smooth production and delivery.
∎ To monitor and close follow-up with commercial team on Party Acceptance, Bank maturity/Acceptance, LC Collection & Payment collection.
∎ Communicates/corresponding with factories in order to negotiate price, machine, production per day, quality in a professional manner, etc.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge about textile industry and its various products.
∎ The applicants have to develop new buyers, maintain existing buyers and do sales service.
∎ Perform reconciliation of each work order & creates the database (e.g. machine detail, rate, availability, etc.) of knitting & dyeing of the factories.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail, Marketing related data analysis
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Outstanding leadership quality along with communication skills expected to perform the desired job role.
∎ Good communication, reporting and presentation skill in speaking & writing in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with taking self-responsibility.
∎ Good Interpersonal and Leadership skill.
