∎ Job Location - Dhaka / anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Marketing & Sales of the bulk commodities (Maize / Wheat/ Rice/ Ginger / Fruits / Spices & Other Bulk Commodities)
∎ Create the customers base in the local market of the bulk commodities and sell among the whole sellers/retailers/dealers, corporate and Individual customers
∎ Achieve the yearly & monthly sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster
∎ Prepare marketing & sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target for the team and lead the team
∎ Develop and implement marketing & sales strategy for growth and achievement of the company
∎ Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities
∎ Vet all import documents and ensure adherence to relevant regulation
∎ Ensure timely resolution of issues
∎ Liaison with various stake holders for trade related undertakings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have 5 - 7 years Marketing & Sales experience in handling bulk commodities & agro products
∎ Possess superior problem solving and analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Must be willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh and abroad
∎ Adequate knowledge in LCS / River & Sea Ports / ICP of Bangladesh and India
∎ Must be well conversant & fluent in English both in writing and speaking. Must have adequate knowledge in Excel / e-mailing/internet browsing.
