∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive customer enquiry for sample development requests including design, technical specifications and material composition.
∎ Track sample development status and timelines from production development team.
∎ Co-ordinate with development team to ensure changes as per specifications; Receive final approval from client.
∎ Review bulk material pricing against price, confirmation, and delivery along with payment and delivery terms.
∎ Receive confirmatory sign-off on finalized pricing from heads of department.
∎ Co-ordinate with production team to ensure critical path management throughout product lifecycle to create action plan in accordance.
∎ Liaise with planning and production teams to execute changes from initial planned as required.
∎ Resolve clients queries on order status, delivery and timelines.
∎ Understand required customer changes and clarifications; ensure response and resolution towards customer query within standard defined timelines.
∎ Train all new staff to assign the position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience related to marketing/merchandising sector is preferred.
