Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will work directly under Executive Director (ED), LTLDL for marketing tools development, operational, administrative and liaison activities.
∎ Communication & liaison with govt. and non government organization as desired by the company.
∎ Coordination with ED and all officers LTL & farm management
∎ Collection of goods and items and quotation for each item to be purchased for the company and follow up works instructed by ED
∎ Help ED & others to develop marketing tools & materials.
∎ Maintain all type of official file & relevant reporting
∎ Arrangement of tender preparation and follow up activities
∎ Company different registration, license & administrative purpose work
∎ Processing of requisitions of bills/vouchers of day to day expenses & related activates.
∎ Work order & invoice preparation and conduct approval process
∎ Any other assignments given by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having 1 year practical experience and knowledge in relevant field.
∎ Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office
Salary: Negotiable
