Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor/Master Degree from any reputed public/private University (IBA-DU,
∎ NSU, BRAC, EWU, AIUB, JU) and major in "Marketing" will be given preference;
∎ Have extra training on Business to Business (B2B) will be given preference;
∎ Knowing Japanese Language will be given preference;
∎ English Background is Preferable;
∎ CGPA in both Bachelor and Master Degree should not be less than 3.00 in scale of 4.00.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify, develop and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all sales opportunities are acted upon;
∎ Promoting and selling of mainly steel and metal products to the clients;
∎ For all new clients, prepare a client brief for the Client Manager, effecting the handover of the relationship into the delivery phase;
∎ Send activity report to head office in Japan on a regular basis;
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's corporate client's;
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting client's relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
∎ Makes product appeal to the target market;
∎ Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines;
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client's requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals;
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities;
∎ Develop the corporate market in order to make sales;
∎ Motivating sales executives to make themselves higher performers;
∎ Fill up the target given by the authority; and
∎ Responsible for other general duties as requested.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication skill both in Bengali & English;
∎ Must have good knowledge in Business to Business (B2B);
∎ Should have good negotiation & presentation skills;
∎ Should be self-motivated & willing to take challenges;
∎ Candidates should be smart and well mannered;
∎ Proven work experience in similar role;
∎ Familiarity with Sales & Marketing, especially in Business to Business (B2B) Tasks;
∎ Experience with full-cycle corporate dealing on Sales & Marketing;
∎ Demonstrable leadership abilities;
∎ Should have mentality to work in extra hours, "based on workload and as per the client's requirement you may need some time to work more than office hour";
∎ Mentally have to take the training in Japan of 1 year(s) or so on before assigning in Bangladesh.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Training Period in Japan: Japanese Yen 200,000 per month.
