∎ Assistant Manager/ Manager - On Demand Delivery Marketplace Planning, Analysis and Merchant Management)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Merchant Management & New Merchant Appointment
∎ General project management of Merchant Acquisition Support tasks and Jhotpot Solution on Demand Delivery Marketplace& Online Truck Rental Marketplace Trucker365- Systems activities required to assemble and deploy the Marketplace with a
∎ targeted number of Merchants/Products.
∎ Technical project management: Automate and scale the category level growth via new
∎ selection, product listing quality and in stock.
∎ Define opportunities to enhance our merchant experience and improve site merchandising,
∎ customer, and site experience.
∎ Manage the Merchant On boarding process, including creation of, enhancements to and
∎ tracking of process to identify and sign new seller partnerships
∎ Develop and disseminate usable training materials regarding Jhotpot Solution Marketplace
∎ for use by all frontline staff (Merchant,Agent,customers Support Process and Guidelines)
∎ Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel
∎ developments to encourage sales in our online store.
∎ Ensure quality assurance and control systems are implemented, maintained and improved
∎ in order to assure the quality of products as per clients' standards and requirements.
∎ Make monthly report for product stock in branch offices and warehouses.
∎ Guide supply chain Team.
∎ New responsive supplier sourcing, Quotation collection and price negotiation with suppliers.
∎ Create new Market, idea & Implement in Delivery & Rental Marketplace
∎ Follow up Business Competitor Activities, offer & take Action Plan accordingly.
∎ Updates Business Term & Condition products wise as per order
∎ Provide on-call support for any issue outside of normal business hours as needed.
∎ Submit weekly report to CBO & Management on time with any type reports system or
∎ process failure affecting Merchants,Customers and number of inquiries during on/off/peak hours.
∎ Conduct another marketplace analysis to optimize seller/buyer experience and marketplace
∎ revenue.
∎ Utilize Market Research to understand customer needs and pinpoint's industry mega trends.
∎ Develop to market strategy that includes direct selling, indirect selling through external rep
∎ channel, sales through Major Accounts, and sales through Key Account Operations Management.
∎ Develop and provide Vision/Strategic Planning to support the optimum business model to
∎ succeed.
∎ Manage Product Planning in support of business plan and established value proposition.
∎ Create product road map detailing current capabilities and evolution of future offerings as
∎ driven by market offering requirements.
∎ Coordinate with Product Management responsibilities on pricing and margin management.
∎ Ensure consistent order tools configuration. Product pricing, Market trend assessment,
∎ market demand analysis.
∎ Continuous follow up with existing and new clients.
∎ To supports the delivery of all marketing campaigns as set by the Marketing Department
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
