Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level in Corporate Sales Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential Corporate Clients and update the database on regular basis.
∎ Focus on new customer development as well as retention of the existing clients.
∎ Ensure growth in sales revenue as well as high levels of client's satisfaction.
∎ Develop sales promotional plan considering competitors activities & market requirement.
∎ Participate in different tenders and assist in related works.
∎ Survey and prepare SWOT analysis report of the competitors and suggest for changes in prices and other market promotions.
∎ Prepare & maintain client database
∎ Develop a proper channel in govt. / semi / non-govt. organization and other private organizations to understand market trends and demand patterns.
∎ Focus on sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Prepare yearly sales budget and take the necessary steps to meet up the yearly budget.
∎ Provide weekly & monthly sales report to superior regarding sales performance.
∎ Please do not apply, if you do not have relevant marketing experience in security services company.
∎ Achieve the daily sales target.
∎ Reporting to Marketing Manager, whenever and wherever are needed.
∎ Must be a team-player, must be comfortable working with a marketing and sales team of 10/20 people.
∎ Able to conduct sales training and sales audit.
∎ Maintain Measure, and Monitor Sales Target, Work Hours, Budgets, and Expenditures.
∎ Ensure quality to prospective clients.
∎ Submit daily report to supervisor.
∎ To Visit Doctors for target product promotion & sales achievement.
∎ Keep good relation with Doctors & Pharmaceutical Stores.
∎ Concentrate on Brand Marketing.
∎ Ensure workshops are well equipped and as per project mandates.&
∎ Locals are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
