Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source new buyer/importer and maintain regular communication with existing buyers.
∎ Collect order from buyers and make strategy to boost up sales in foreign countries.
∎ Fix price offer, payment terms and place the job order to the factory.
∎ • Prepare pre & post shipment documents, complete all related banking formalities (e.g. Letter of Credit and Sales Contact) and make sure continuous follow-up of the shipment.
∎ Ensure all export documentations (e.g. Invoice, L/C, Certificate of Origin, SAPTA, Bank EXP etc.) are prepared as per export guideline.
∎ Liaise with banks, ministries, EPB, BAPA, embassies & others export related organizations.
∎ Ensure the proper coding, instructions, declaration required as per country regulatory advice.
∎ Ensure all RM/PM by liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Collect, analyze export market information (e.g. growing customers need, competitor's activities, market trends) and generate idea for new product development, promotion and export.
