∎ Proven track record of securing and managing government tenders or high-value corporate accounts.
∎ In-depth knowledge of government procurement and corporate sales processes.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
∎ Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for sales management and analysis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
∎ Lead the process of securing and managing government tender projects.
∎ Build and manage strategic relationships with management-level stakeholders in corporate, multinational, and group companies.
∎ Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
∎ Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
∎ Ensure sales targets are met consistently across monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure continuous client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.
∎ Ensure timely and efficient collection of payments from government & corporate clients.
∎ Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to reporting authorities & management.
∎ Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
∎ Oversee the use of CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
∎ Use ERP systems to track sales, manage client data, and streamline operations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
