Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with the Land Team to monitor and resolve all pending and ongoing land-related matters.
∎ Review and analyze land documents; provide accurate legal opinions.
∎ Draft, vet, and finalize all land-related agreements and legal instruments.
∎ Supervise and manage land registration processes effectively.
∎ Lead land demarcation activities in coordination with relevant teams.
∎ Ensure timely completion of land mutation procedures.
∎ Obtain necessary permissions from the Deputy Commissioner (DC) and other authorities.
∎ Manage payments of land development taxes and related dues.
∎ Handle legal proceedings, cases, and suits related to land and project matters.
∎ Liaise with government bodies; support trademark, copyright, and other legal affairs as required.
