Good command over Labor Law, Company Law and Land Law of Bangladesh
Advocate with up-to-date registration at the Bangladesh Bar Council
Experience with work at/related to Land Registry Office; drafting and vetting sale deed, verifying the title of lands to be purchased, completing all formalities regarding purchase/sale of land (registry, mutation, LD tax payment etc.)
Experience with work at/related to RJSC; preparing sets of documents for Annual Returns, Share Transfer, Share Allotment, Mortgage Satisfaction, Reduction of Capital, Winding up etc.
Expertise in preparing documents regarding AGM, EGM and Board Meetings
Experience with Drafting and Vetting Agreements, Undertakings, MOUs, Letters to Different Govt. and Non-govt. organisations, Appointment and Dismissal/Termination Letters of Employees for the Company
Proficient in providing opinion on legal issues before filing cases in High Court Division, Sessions Court, Labor Court and Special Tribunal
