Education:

- Diploma in Computer in Computer Engineering

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and related design tools.
Basic knowledge of website management.
Good knowledge of computer hardware/software troubleshooting.
Creative, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
IT-related technical support (computer setup, software installation, troubleshooting, Tally Software, Outlook Mail Configure, Domain & Hosting Maintenance, CC Camera, DVR, Attendance Machine & Software).
Website content update and basic website maintenance.
Assist in digital marketing content design and branding.
Maintain and update the company’s digital files and database.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues on time.
Creative graphics design (logo, banner, brochure, social media posts, website content design).
To help manage user accounts, permissions, and access control for various software systems and internal tools.
To assist in procuring, installing, and configuring new IT equipment and software to meet business needs.
Installed, troubleshot, and operated CCTV systems, monitored footage in real-time, and assisted management when footage review was required.
Visit service centre and branch offices regularly to resolve on-site IT issues and ensure systems are running effectively.
