Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the organization’s network, servers, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
∎ Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
∎ To help in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control for various software systems and internal tools.· To assist in procuring, installing, and configuring new IT equipment and software to meet business needs.
∎ To maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
∎ Regularly monitor system performance and prepare reports on the health and security of the IT infrastructure.
∎ Install, troubleshoot, and operate CCTV systems, monitor footage in real-time, and assist management when footage review is required.
∎ Visit factories and branch offices regularly to resolve on-site IT issues and ensure systems are running effectively.
