Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree Computer Science and Engineering/ Business Information Technology/ Business System Engineering in any discipline.
∎ Bachelor’s degree Computer Science and Engineering/ Business Information Technology/ Business System Engineering/ Diploma in Computer Technology from a four-year college, institute or university work experience minimum 3 years.
∎ 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role as Sr. Executive.
∎ 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role as Executive.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support across corporate office
∎ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair company technology assets and infrastructures including but not limited to workstations, servers, and networking components
∎ Maintain inventory of all hardware products and software licenses
∎ Knowledge of network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of server hardware and disk storage technology
∎ Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT hardware and software
∎ Manage disaster recovery process, endpoint security management, and ensuring regular daily backup is taken
∎ Aware of all IT security policies and ensure implementation through regular staff training
∎ Keep updated on the latest hotel technology and security risks.
∎ Any job assigned by the management.

Salary: Tk. 33000 - 66000 (Monthly)
