∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Accounts and Finance, Budgetary Control, Business Analyst

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost & Management Accounting, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain the Internal Audit Procedures to ensure that best practice is taken account of and that the audits address specific areas of risk management.
∎ Insure the timely and accurate completion of the audit plan.
∎ Lead Internal Audit's annual risk assessment and enterprise risk assessment and planning process to develop the audit plant and ensure the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
∎ Issue all Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
∎ Proactively inform senior management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance and/or governance requiring prompt attention.
∎ Perform Internal controls assessments of acquired companies and lead efforts to mitigate identified control deficiencies.
∎ Review audit work performed by staff for completion and accuracy.
