∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Production Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to oversee all pre-production related sample room activities, simplifications and method improvements in sample stage.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to drive sample making with the feasible method according to the operation breakdown.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to create self-motivated and innovative sample team down the line.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to product discussion with RA meeting and share the folder and template types in advance.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to support industrial engineering department in the preparation of all required reports on monthly as well as weekly basis; design business plans and carry out all communication with the production department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least five years experience in relevant field and 3 years experience in managerial position.
∎ Sound understanding of computer systems (MS Office).
∎ Experience in controlling key personals in method application.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Outstanding communication skill
