∎ Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, BD Jobs and other platforms.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment & selection process through job advertisement, reviewing & screening applications.
∎ Conduct the interview process and finalize the onboarding process.
∎ Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other networking events.
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
∎ Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as turnover and headcount.
∎ Prepare salary, bonus & other statement monthly. Formulate & maintain attendance, leave, absence, etc.
∎ Handle Maternity benefit issues, yearly EL encashment, yearly Eid bonus, final settlement etc.
∎ Calculating and verifying other benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations.
∎ Prepare/ Develop / Update Organogram for different departments / units.
∎ Prepare/ Develop JD with appropriate KPI for different positions.
∎ Utilize HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Handle the employee grievances.
∎ Supervision of security, housekeeping, health, safety and other compliance issues.
∎ Work closely with internal or external clients to ensure coordination on relevant issues / Programs.
∎ Arrangement of all ceremonial events and functions.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We need a lead-level HR who has expertise in recruiting IT Professionals and HR Operations along with Administrative expertise.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR – Recruitment & Selection:
∎ Recruitment & selection process through job advertisement, reviewing & screening applications.
