Job Context:
∎ We are looking professional Finance & MIS Personal.
∎ To Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information and serve as the liaison between companies, bank and our customers. The core priority is addressing stakeholders, bank & financial organizations needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist finance department in all aspects of operations and to provide support in preparing the financial reports in the accounting and finance system as per the instructions received from the senior.
∎ Collect, extract data related to the financial reports.
∎ Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
∎ Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
∎ Develop MIS system to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. Sales, Production, Project Management, customer management and internal communication etc.
∎ Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
∎ Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
∎ Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Data creation/consolidation for reporting.
∎ Any others assignment/responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having more experience, experience in Power sector/transformer manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate having any third-class or third division or equivalent grade in any academic result should not apply for this position.
∎ Should have a Problem-solving skill, time management skill, assertiveness skill, honesty and dedication.
∎ Good communication skill, ICT Skills & interpersonal skill, good computer skill, ability to work under stressful environment.
∎ Must have strong financial report preparation skill,
∎ Must have sound knowledge of commercial activities.
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
