Educational Requirements:
∎ 2+ years' experience in relevant field and Bachelor Degree preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain, monitor, and review project budget and expenditures in consultation with the project manager and RWWS's finance department staff in Project office and Head office.
∎ Draft, process and monitor all contracts by following RWWS's internal control system.
∎ Process all payment requests for sub-grants, research, and professional service agreements and other expenditure claims by making sure the required approvals, supporting documents and charge codes are provided to the RWWS office for processing of payment and record on timely manner.
∎ Ensure the local government TAX and VAT rules are properly followed and prepare the report in time.
∎ Ensure compliance with donor contractual terms and conditions for reporting requirements, maintaining all receipts for expenses, and other requirements as determined by the donor.
∎ Responsible for cash flow management of the project.
∎ Preparing all vouchers, handling cash, computer posting of the vouchers, maintain cash book, bank reconciliation etc. required for running the day to day financial activities of the project.
∎ Give orientation in finance and procurement procedure to the accounts, logistics and project staff as per needs.
∎ Support in project proposal budget development, donor budget amendment and donor financial reporting.
∎ Prepare additional budgets and spreadsheets as requested/needed.
∎ Comply with all internal RWWS financial reporting, budgeting and contract processes, and deadlines.
∎ Help plan and facilitate meetings and events, including logistical arrangements.
∎ Provide support on travel arrangements.
∎ Carry out other financial, logistical and administrative duties for the project as needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical and financial modeling skills that enable identification of both issues and solutions
∎ Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Exhibits strong personal accountability
∎ Competency with accounting and financial reporting principles
∎ Comfortable working with and analyzing large amounts of data
∎ Sound business planning capabilities
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize
∎ Ability to learn new financial information systems and data and to work between various IT systems efficiently and accurately
