Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position is responsible for end-to-end order tracking, production planning, and coordination to ensure timely delivery and execution of customer orders. Involves cross-functional collaboration, monitoring delays, and reporting to management as required.
∎ Follow-up day to day basis status of the Running Orders of assigned customers.
∎ Prepare and follow-up WIPs on daily basis.
∎ Monitor and raise concern if there is any order having backlog/behind schedule/NC batches/Held up batches.
∎ Monitor and execute order-wise delivery plan following master T&A.
∎ Ensure priority/daily plan in fabrics inspection according to delivery schedule.
∎ Coordinate with Knitting planner and Dyeing Planner to ensure the delivery schedule.
∎ Follow-up on daily, weekly and monthly plans.
∎ Coordinate with Sales team to get the approvals and other pre-requisites on time.
∎ Prepare summary reports of the productions and orders within designated time.
∎ Prepare and share order closing reports.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
