Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring overall activities of the export process of all buyers specially H&M, Kontoor, VF Asia & Cotton on.
∎ Capable to ensure on-time booking, goods handover, export documents submission & export payment claim in H&M supplier portal and NGC portal.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing & Merchandising department for shipment schedule, PO sheet collection for smooth export execution.
∎ Coordinate with different forwarder/shipping Line for on time booking & export documents submission.
∎ Capable to handle C&F for smooth execution of shipment & on time goods handover to shipping line.Capable to maintain the deadline of shipping documents submission as per H&M & Kontoor requirements.
∎ Adequate knowledge on H&M supplier portal and ensure payment claim for one time proceeds realization.
∎ Adequate knowledge on exp issue, duplicate reporting in Bangladesh bank dash board & customs rules & shipping rules for smooth execution of export.
∎ Well conversant with Bond License, Bank correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Any other task assigned by seniors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience minimum 5-8 years.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
