Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Multiple project execution capacity.
∎ Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
∎ Managing event documentation & internal cost.
∎ Assist in budget tracking and expense management for events.
∎ Support client communication and maintain relationships to understand their event goals and expectations.
∎ Assist in developing event marketing strategies.
∎ Provide timely updates and reports on event progress to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to optimize future event strategies.
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve favorable terms and pricing.
∎ Ensure events are executed smoothly and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative departments, to align event objectives with overall brand strategies.
∎ Support the training and development of junior team members and interns.
