Education:
BSc in Electric/ Electronics/EEE from any reputed university including 7+ years of experience or Diploma in Electric/Electronics including 10+ years of experience in operation & maintenance in electrical department in modern packaging & paper converting industry.

The candidate should have capacity for trouble shooting of any electrical/electronic issues and problem-solving capacity of the factory.
Knowledge of internet, e-mailing (outlook), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Auto Cad.
Must be Energetic.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, execute & follow up schedule for monthly maintenance while ensuring work completion as planned.
Attend all electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machineries to minimize production loss.
Arrange to conduct internal training and development process for employees for smooth and efficient operations of the department.
Supervise ongoing operation of Power & Energy Division.
Oversee sourcing of spare parts, expense, billing & other relevant tasks.
Strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time-to-time
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
