We are looking for an Assistant Engineer/Junior Assistant Engineer with good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Installation, testing, and commissioning experience in the relevant field on laboratory instruments (e.g., Laboratory Oven, Incubator, Biological Safety Cabinet, Laminar Flow Cabinet, Fume Hood, PCR, Centrifuge, Autoclave, Gel Documentation System, RT-PCR, Spectrophotometer, Microscope, etc.) will get preference.

• Smartly dealing with honorable clients, demonstrating service skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

• Possessing problem-solving skills with a positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and being target-oriented.

• Supporting the service team by installing, testing, calibrating, and repairing laboratory equipment, training users, and maintaining safe operations.

• Installing new equipment by conducting tests, establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and verifying performance.

• Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and repairing malfunctions.

• Working with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs for designated equipment.

• Learning to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.

• Conducting repairs on machinery/equipment products, and organizing and maintaining a spare parts inventory.

• Must be willing to travel all over the country.
