∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Plan for smooth distribution operation to ensure minimum distribution cost.
∎ - Manage the scheduling, routing, and control of all delivery activities.
∎ - Plan for delivery according to the demand and arrange the delivery.
∎ - Coordination with field sales for delivery & Service purpose.
∎ - Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ - Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ - Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
∎ - Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ - Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ - Follow-up complaints from internal & external customers and take initiative for resolved with team.
∎ - Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
∎ - Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
∎ - Any other job as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ • Strong ERP/WM/Master Data abilities strongly preferred.
∎ • Factory related job experience will get more preference
∎ • Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision-making abilities.
