Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Recording of inbound and outbound inventories, inter-department issuance of inventory, consumption of RM, PM and finished goods.
∎ 2. Ensuring proper and timely delivery of challan, matching with the sales invoice issued by the VAT department and preserving the delivery challan and gate pass
∎ 3. Ensuring timely and proper entry of market return products and recording of market return wastages and damages
∎ 4. Recording of all physical movements and stacking of products as per safety rules before the month-end inventory counting
∎ 5. Ensuring Tri-party reconciliations (HO Sales and Distribution, VAT, Wearhouse in-charge) about finished goods delivery and RM/PM purchased
∎ 6. Maintaining Safety Stock and automation of dealer and warehouse through our app.
∎ 7. Supervising all depot operations to ensure depot activities are synchronized with sales demand.
∎ 8. Designing a safety stock policy and implementing min/max inventory targets per item.
∎ 9. Generating Stock-out Report and root cause analysis (RCA) for each stock out.
∎ 10. Overseeing and conducting all transportation bids, negotiations, carrier nominations and contracts
