Experience Requirements:

Real Estate or Retail Chain Shopping., showroom management, Showroom operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching new showroom in good location.
∎ Negotiating with landlord to secure the most attractive rent, advance & join venture in favor of company.
∎ Loss making & off focused showroom switching & relocate as per management direction.
∎ Crafting business proposals, agreement & re - agreement with landlord.
∎ Make Showrooms decoration, renovation & branding considering location & demand.
∎ Provide support for all type repairing & maintenance demands of showroom.
∎ Complete additional interiors works in demands.
∎ Diagnosing problem, resolve & troubleshooting.
∎ Provide technical support just in time where as needed.
∎ Current inside showroom go-down convert to outside location.

∎ At Least 3 Years Experience in Showroom Based Retail Sales Company.
∎ Candidates should be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
